This is an intensive 6 week program that has been designed to improve Power, Strength, Muscle, Body Composition, Vitality, and Overall Fitness, in 1 program.

Program will be performed online, so no need to change gyms, travel to us, or commit to a specific time to train. The training program and nutrition plan will be sent to you via email with ongoing communication & support throughout the 6 weeks to ensure the program is going as planned.
