Big Booty?
So, you want a big booty do ya? Well, it can certainly be done, but one big mistake most people make is not hitting all the needed areas to build a nice, round butt.
#1- Squats aren’t everything.
Of course squats are important, I’m sure you’ve heard that a million times. They are a solid exercise for building up the butt, but it is going to take more than just squats to make it happen. Squats also hit your quads (thighs) and help build a nice shape to your legs.
#2- Don’t forget about your legs.
Guess what you butt is attached to? That’s right, your legs! So why would you leave those out of the workouts? Remember to take your leg workout serious as well, maybe incorporate it in with your butt workouts. Nobody wants a round butt with small, undefined legs, right?
#3- Don’t be scared of adding some weight!
A lot of women are afraid of “bulking up”, so often times they use super light weights. What this equates to in the long run is less muscle, and that equals less booty. Don’t be afraid to some some weight on the bar or machine. Unless your a genetic freak, you’re not going to all of a sudden bulk up into the Hulk, don’t worry!
Try some straight legged deadlifts, dumbbell lunges, and box squats next butt/leg day!
